How can one identify usury in detail in our modern era, and what is the ruling of Islam regarding Islamic banks and others, along with the evidence?

Indeed, usurers have become highly skilled in it, and whenever their schemes are exposed, Satan inspires them with other forms which they label with new names. Therefore, it is difficult to enumerate the current forms of usury due to their abundance, but they all stem from the types of usury that Allah and His Messenger have clarified.

It is incumbent upon a Muslim not to embark on a matter concerning which he does not know Allah Almighty's ruling, and to ask the scholars. Whatever he is doubtful about its ruling, he should abandon it; for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Leave that which makes you doubt for that which does not make you doubt."
