Is it permissible to hack into the device of an unveiled girl with the intention of inviting her to religion, knowing that her father is far from religious and does not accept admonitions, and that the hacking will be without her knowledge or the knowledge of her brother, and by means of a spyware file protected by a password accessible only to the caller to religion?

It is impermissible to hack into a girl's device or anyone else's to view their private information without their permission. The goal of da‘wah (Islamic proselytization) does not justify this act, for in Islam, the end does not justify forbidden means. Da‘wah can be achieved through legitimate means, such as giving da‘wah materials to trustworthy women or to the girl's mahrams (unmarriageable kin).
