Is it permissible to perform Tayammum by striking one's palms on any surface in front of them and wiping their face and hands, given that "pure earth" is understood to be any pure place, for a physically disabled girl who does not wish to burden those around her?

It is not permissible to perform tayammum except for one who is unable to use water due to illness, or fear of certain or strongly probable harm, or due to the absence of water, or the absence of someone to hand it to him while he is unable to take it himself. Tayammum is only valid on pure earth (al-sa'id), which is whatever has risen to the surface of the earth from its parts, or it is the sprouting earth (fertile soil). It is not permissible to perform tayammum on a table, and a disability or inability to perform some movements is not an excuse that permits tayammum as long as there is someone to help prepare the water.
