Should a woman who has entered into an urfi marriage without her parents' knowledge, but with two witnesses, leave her husband or continue with the marriage?

Marriage in Islam is a sacred bond with regulations and conditions, including: the consent of both parties, the guardian's approval, the presence of two just witnesses, and a dowry.

Therefore, the marriage of a woman without her guardian's permission is considered invalid by the majority of scholars, who cite the Almighty’s saying: (And marry those among you who are single) and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There is no marriage without a guardian" and "Any woman who marries without the permission of her guardian, her marriage is invalid."

Accordingly, a marriage contracted without the father's knowledge is invalid and must be annulled. However, the marriage contract may be re-executed if the guardian agrees and the contract is concluded with its proper conditions.
