When entering into a state of ihram from the miqat, is one to intend repeating the Tawaf al-Ifadah or performing Umrah?

"Whoever seeks a fatwa from a scholar and is given one, and then acts upon it, is absolved of responsibility. Repeating the question causes the questioner to fall into confusion. The fatwa regarding the validity of the Hajj is correct according to the Madhhab of Imam Abu Hanifa, and it is a respected Madhhab. However, the questioner must wear the ihram garments and proceed to perform the circumambulation (tawaf) and the ritual running (sa'i) for Hajj without needing to re-enter ihram or go to the miqat, as he is still in a state of ihram. After completing that, he can enter ihram for 'Umrah from the nearest point outside the Haram boundary (adna al-hill), and it is not permissible for him to enter ihram for 'Umrah before completing the circumambulation and ritual running that he owes."
