Is it permissible for women to establish Friday prayer in congregation, led by one of them who also delivers the sermon, or should they only pray Dhuhr? And is it permissible for a woman to recite aloud during Dhuhr prayer for the purpose of teaching others?

It is permissible for a woman to lead other women in Salatul-Tasabih (the prayer of glorification), and likewise in obligatory prayers such as Dhuhr. It is best that the one who has memorized the most of the Book of Allah (Qur'an) leads the prayer. It is not permissible to intentionally raise the voice during the recitation in Dhuhr prayer, even if it is for the purpose of teaching. As for the Friday prayer (Salatul-Jumu'ah), it is not obligatory for women in the first place, and a woman's imamate (leadership) in it is not valid.
