Is the clear liquid that comes out of the area around the anus (and not from the anus itself) considered impure?

The fluid resulting from skin ulcers or the like is impure, such as pus, serous fluid, and what flows from pimples, abraded skin, or fire blisters. The impurity of this fluid is excused if it flows by itself without an agent's action. Some scholars preferred the purity of fluid from sores if its smell has not changed; otherwise, it is impure.
