Is visiting a recently married colleague at his home with my friends considered a congratulation on establishing a Muslim family?

The original ruling permits congratulating the spouses upon their marriage (dukhul), based on what was reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, regarding Aisha's congratulation to Zaynab, and his supplication for blessings upon the newlyweds. This applies if the congratulation is between individuals of the same gender or between mahrams (unmarriageable kin); otherwise, it is not permissible except with adherence to the শরিয়া (Islamic law) guidelines.
