"Madhi" (pre-seminal fluid) is discharged when desire subsides, without actual lust. As for discharge not caused by lust, it is considered normal, pure secretions. If there is doubt whether the discharge is madhi or vaginal moisture, it should be considered pure moisture. It is permissible to adopt the easier opinion, especially for those who suffer from obsessive doubts.
