What is the ruling on working as a Human Resources Manager in a software company that facilitates trading through global currency systems (Forex), and is the salary earned from this work permissible?

It is not permissible to work for a company specialized in producing software that facilitates Forex trading, whether the work is part-time or full-time, or if the worker is an administrator who does not directly create the programs. This is because such work falls under aiding in sin, which Allah has forbidden in His saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty." The degree of sin varies, with the direct perpetrator bearing a greater sin than the indirect one.
