What is the ruling on working as a scribe in a real estate court that subjects real estate to the system of public real estate disclosure, establishes a real estate deed for it, and registers it in the real estate registry to make it recorded?

It is permissible to work as a scribe in the real estate court under the real estate registration system if this system is merely an administrative system based on surveying and documenting properties, and it does not entail analyzing what Allah has forbidden, nor forbidding what Allah has made lawful, nor any violation of Islamic law.
