Is my prayer valid, knowing that I prayed without performing ghusl after a wet dream because I had no clothes available to me except the suit I was wearing, and if it is not valid, what are the consequences for me?

Anyone from whom semen is discharged, whether due to a wet dream or otherwise, is required to perform ghusl (ritual bath) to cleanse from janabah (major ritual impurity). They are not required to change their clothes, as janabah does not make clothes or the body impure, and semen is pure according to the preponderant opinion. Your prayers that you performed are invalid because you could have performed ghusl, even with seawater. Even in the absence of water or inability to use it, prayer is not valid except with tayammum (dry ablution). You must make up all the prayers from the period between when you became in a state of janabah and the closest ghusl you performed thereafter. If it is difficult to determine, then strive to ascertain a period that you predominantly believe could not have been longer than that.
