What is the ruling regarding a woman who experienced continuous bleeding for two months due to a fibroid tumor, and was unable to pray or fast in Ramadan?

Continued bleeding does not permit abandoning prayer except during the days of menstruation. If the bleeding persists for more than fifteen days, the woman is considered to be in a state of istihadah (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding), and she must take precautions, perform ablution, and pray after the time for each prayer begins. Bleeding considered istihadah does not permit abandoning fasting unless it affects one's health. The questioner must repent to Allah and make up the prayers she missed due to the bleeding (except for the prayers during the days of menstruation) and make up the fast of the entire month of Ramadan.
