Your husband has no right to accuse your honor or deceive you into admitting that your virginity was lost before marriage. We have previously explained the error of husbands who imagine that the rupture of the hymen must be accompanied by profuse bleeding.

We advise you to consult Fatwa No. 40051 and discuss with him that the default assumption for a Muslim is innocence, and he must think well of Muslims and treat you with kindness. If that does not work, then there is no harm in taking your case to court and seeking a divorce.
