What is incumbent upon one who missed the obligation of stoning the Jamarat after zawal, was unable to offer a sacrifice (hady), and ignorantly fasted three separate days in his own country instead of fasting them during Hajj?

The majority of scholars hold that throwing the pebbles (rami al-jimār) after zawāl (midday) is obligatory during the days of Tashreeq. Therefore, whoever throws them before zawāl, their rami is not valid. Some scholars, however, permit throwing the pebbles before zawāl on the twelfth day for those who wish to depart early (al-ta'ajjul). If your rami was before zawāl on the first day of departure (yawm al-nafr al-awwal), then according to the majority of scholars, it is not valid, and a compensatory sacrifice (dam) is required, to be slaughtered and distributed to the poor of Mecca. If you cannot find a sacrifice, some scholars are of the opinion that you must fast for ten days. The more authoritative opinion is that if one cannot find a sacrifice, there is no fasting required, and the blood sacrifice is waived. If you have already fasted for ten days, then your obligation is fulfilled, and nothing further is required of you.
