What is the ruling on the monthly pension of my deceased father, who used to work at the Agricultural Development and Credit Bank, and what is the ruling on the money deposited in my sister's name in the same bank and the interest accrued thereon which she uses for her necessities, and what is the ruling on my brother's work in the same bank, and my maternal uncle's work in Abu Dhabi National Bank, and am I sinful if my brother does not comply with the Shariah ruling if it is Haram?

If the bank deals with usury (riba), then your father's and brothers' work in it is unlawful, and the money earned from it is unlawful. You must advise your brother and uncle to leave this work. As for the pension left by the father, it is unlawful money that is not permissible to consume except for the poor and needy. If one is not in need of it, it must be spent on charitable causes. As for the interest in the usurious bank, it should be disposed of by spending it on charitable causes and for the benefit of Muslims. A poor and needy person is permitted to take from it according to their need. Deposits must be withdrawn from the usurious bank, and their interest disposed of in charitable causes. The depositor is permitted to take the principal of the deposit if it was lawful. If the principal of the deposit was from the usurious bank's pension, then both the principal and the interest should be disposed of in charitable causes.
