Does a divorce that occurs while the wife is menstruating count, and is the husband entitled to retract financial and Sharia agreements after reconciliation?

Divorcing a menstruating woman is valid according to the preponderant opinion of the majority of jurists. Both spouses should consider their daughter and strive for family stability. The husband must treat his wife kindly and honorably, and balance his work with his wife's rights. The husband's financial support for his wife is obligatory as long as she is under his marital bond, or during her 'iddah (waiting period) from a revocable divorce. He is also obligated to support his young child. If he gave her gold as a gift and she took possession of it, it becomes her property and he is not permitted to take it back. Fulfilling a promise is obligatory if failing to do so results in harm. If reconciliation and reform are not achieved, and the husband does not accept the intervention of reasonable people, the wife should refer the matter to the Sharia judge.
