What is the ruling on praying in the third row, knowing that the first row is cut off by the minbar, and the second by the mosque's arches? What is the priority in prayer according to Islamic law: in the two cut-off first rows, or in the third row? Is it permissible to pray in a cut-off row in cases of overcrowding, such as during Eid prayers?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, desired the first row. The minbar does not break the row; thus, the row that includes the minbar is considered like a continuous row, and the first row is the one immediately behind the Imam. As for praying between pillars, there is no dislike for it in cases of need and necessity, such as a crowded mosque. Otherwise, standing in rows between pillars is disliked.

In summary, praying in the second or third row without completing the first and second is contrary to the Sunnah.
