What is the authenticity of the Hadith regarding the two Rak'ahs prayer on Thursday of Sha'ban by reciting Surat Al-Fatihah and "Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad" (Surat Al-Ikhlas) one hundred times in each Rak'ah, and sending blessings upon the Prophet one hundred times after the Taslim, for the fulfillment of needs, and how is this prayer performed?

This Hadith has no basis. It appears to be among the fabricated Hadiths concerning the virtues of prayer in Sha'ban. Indeed, mendacious Hadiths have been fabricated and attributed to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, regarding the virtues of Sha'ban, prayer therein, and the night of the 15th thereof. Similarly, Hadiths have been fabricated regarding the virtues of prayer on certain days of the week. Therefore, it is impermissible to act upon this fabricated and forged Hadith, and the authentic Hadiths are sufficient.
