What is the practical arrangement of prayers, acts of worship, and ذكر (remembrance of Allah) from the Fajr اذان (call to prayer) until sunrise, and is the Duha prayer at the time of sunrise written as a complete Umrah or Hajj, as reported from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him?

At this time, a Muslim is enjoined to do several things: 1. Follow the muezzin and say "La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah" (There is no might or power except with Allah) when he says "Hayya 'ala al-Salah" and "Hayya 'ala al-Falah." 2. Send blessings upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and ask Allah to grant him the Wasilah. 3. Make abundant supplication between the adhan and the iqama. 4. Pray the two rak'ahs of Fajr, and it is sunnah not to vocalize the intention. 5. Occupy oneself with dhikr (remembrance of Allah), du'a (supplication), or reading the Quran until the prayer is established. 6. Perform the Fajr prayer in congregation with humility. 7. Recite the adhkar (remembrances) after the prayer and the morning adhkar. 8. Strive in absolute dhikr or reading the Quran until sunrise. 9. Pray the two rak'ahs of Ishraq (sunrise prayer) or whatever is easy after sunrise.
