What is the first and last Hadith in Sahih al-Bukhari?

Imam Al-Bukhari began his Sahih with the hadith: "Deeds are only by intentions," and concluded it with the hadith: "Two phrases are beloved to the Most Merciful, light on the tongue, heavy in the Mizan (scale): 'Subhan Allahi wa bihamdihi, Subhan Allahil-Azim' (Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him, Glory be to Allah, the Most Great)."
