Does the son of a husband who died before his wife inherit, given that the wife has children from her current husband?

The deceased woman's son from her first husband inherits from her just like his siblings from her second husband. If the deceased left no other heirs than these, her husband receives one-fourth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if they have a child, then for you is one fourth of what they leave." The remainder goes to the children by way of 'asabah (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The estate should be divided into 32 shares: 8 for the husband, 6 for each son, and 3 for each daughter. Issues of inheritance should be referred to Sharia courts to verify all heirs, wills, and debts.
