Does the prayer of one who says "Allahumma salli" with the yaa (اللهم صلي) invalidate it?

The prayer of one who affirms the letter "yāʼ" in the phrase "Allāhumma ṣalli" is not invalidated, because this is permissible in the Arabic language and does not alter the meaning. Al-Ramli Al-Shafi'i mentioned in "Nihāyat al-Muḥtāj" that if one were to add a "yāʼ" in "Allāhumma ṣalli" due to vowel prolongation (ishbā‘), it would not be forbidden nor would the prayer be invalidated, as it does not change the meaning.
