Are the hours mentioned by the deceased to his wife and children an inheritance for them only, or do his father and mother also share in it?

What the father said is considered a will, and a will to an heir is not valid unless the other heirs approve it, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, Allah has given every rightful person his right, so there is no will for an heir." Therefore, you are not entitled to take the watches without the consent of the other heirs.
