What is the ruling on frequent, almost daily, wet dreams without seeing explicit intercourse in the dream, but rather only kissing or scissoring, along with the presence of a watery, sweat-like discharge that is not mucousy and does not exit the vulva? Is this semen that necessitates ghusl? And is there a relationship between this and excessive thinking about sexual matters while awake?

If a woman is absolutely certain that what has been discharged from her is mani (seminal fluid), then she must perform ghusl (ritual bath). However, if she is doubtful whether it is mani, or madhy (pre-seminal fluid), or ordinary discharge, then ghusl is not obligatory for her. In such a case of doubt, she may choose to assign it the ruling of one of the possibilities, while disregarding any whisperings of waswas (satanic insinuations/obsessive thoughts).
