Does tranquility become void if the duration of stillness in the rukn (bowing) is shorter than the duration of reciting the dhikr (remembrance), even with the stillness of the limbs?

Tranquility (al-Tuma'ninah) is a pillar of prayer; it is not complete without it. The proof for this is the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "When you stand for prayer, say the Takbir (Allahu Akbar), then recite what is easy for you from the Qur'an. Then bow until you are tranquil in your bowing. Then rise until you are tranquil in your standing. Then prostrate until you are tranquil in your prostration. Then rise until you are tranquil in your sitting. Do that throughout your entire prayer." Its definition or minimum is: the settling of the limbs in the posture of the pillar, whether standing, sitting, bowing, or prostrating, even if for a short moment.
