Is a woman required to perform ghusl if she experiences a wet dream while sleeping on her back and does not see any seminal fluid?

That fatwa is incorrect, and we do not know its basis. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, made the obligation of ghusl dependent on seeing semen, and scholars have unanimously agreed that there is no ghusl required for one who has a wet dream but does not see any fluid.
