What is the difference between sincerity to Allah and sincerity in work, and what sincerity is required of me, and what intention must be present when accomplishing a task, manufacturing something, or applying for a job?

Sincerity in action for Allah the Almighty is achieved by intending Allah alone, without any partner, without seeking reward or thanks, and without showing off or seeking reputation, as Allah the Almighty says: "So whoever hopes for the meeting with his Lord, let him do righteous work and not associate anyone with the worship of his Lord." As for sincerity in performing a task, it means perfecting and improving it. This may or may not be accompanied by sincerity to Allah. Allah has commanded excellence in everything, as Allah the Almighty says: "And do good; indeed, Allah loves the doers of good," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah Almighty loves that when one of you performs a task, he perfects it." Therefore, a Muslim is required to be sincere in his worship and to perfect his worldly and otherworldly deeds, in compliance with the command of Allah and His Messenger.
