What is the ruling on the cooperative Takaful program offered by Bank AlJazira as a Shariah-compliant alternative to life insurance?

We have no knowledge of the reality of the program offered by the bank to judge it, for judgment of a thing is a branch of its conception. The difference between cooperative and commercial insurance has been previously explained in previous fatwas. If the aforementioned insurance meets the conditions of cooperative insurance, then it is permissible.
