What are the ten conditions stipulated by the Malikis for someone who has the right to pray Isha after one-third of the night?

The optional time for Isha prayer, according to the Malikis, extends to one-third of the night. Whoever delays it intentionally beyond this time, without a valid excuse, incurs sin. Their prayer is considered performance (adaa'), not a make-up (qadaa'). The Malikis have mentioned excuses that permit delaying the prayer until the necessary time without sin. These are: original disbelief, apostasy, childhood, unconsciousness, insanity, sleep, heedlessness, menstruation, and post-natal bleeding. However, unlawful intoxication is not an excuse, because one brought it upon oneself.
