Is a sacrificial offering (hady) required for a woman whose husband stoned the Jamrat al-Aqaba on her behalf due to an excuse, and then she stoned it herself after sunset, without spending the night in Mina because of the injustice of the campaign?

For a sister to throw the Jamarat al-Aqabah at night after her husband has thrown on her behalf is valid, and she is not required to offer a sacrifice (hady). Her shortening of her hair before throwing does not necessitate a sacrifice (hady), as the sequence between throwing, shaving/shortening, and circumambulating (tawaf) is a Sunnah. Night throwing is valid according to the majority of jurists. As for leaving Muzdalifah without staying overnight due to being held until dawn, she is not required to offer a sacrifice (hady) due to the excuse. If she leaves Mina during the Days of Tashreeq without staying overnight due to an excuse, there is no penalty on her. However, if it is without an excuse, she must offer a sacrifice (hady/dam), which is sufficient for the purpose of Udhiyah.
