How sound is the consistency of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in reciting Surahs Al-Mulk (Tabarak) and Al-Sajdah, what is the best time to recite them, and what is the virtue of that, especially Surah Al-Sajdah? Does this apply to Surahs Al-Waqi'ah, Yasin, Al-Naba', and Nuh?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, encouraged the recitation of the Quran and explained the immense reward for its reciter and those who act upon it. Specific hadiths have been narrated regarding the virtues of reciting certain surahs and verses, including: Ayah al-Kursī, the last two verses of Surat al-Baqarah, Surat al-Ikhlāṣ, and Surat al-Kāfirūn.

It has also been narrated regarding the virtue of Surat Tabārak (al-Mulk) that it intercedes for its reciter until he is forgiven, and that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would not sleep until he recited it along with Surat al-Sajdah.

As for Surat al-Wāqi’ah and al-Naba’ (’Amma yatasa’alūn), they are among the surahs that caused the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to turn grey.

However, nothing authentic has been reported regarding the virtues of Surat Yāsīn and Surat Nūḥ.
