Is it permissible for a bewitched person to lead the prayer when he is unable to recite Al-Fatiha?

The rulings regarding a bewitched person differentiate between two cases:

1. The bewitched person whose mind is overcome by magic and whose will is taken away: This person is not held accountable (mukallaf), and his imamate (leading prayer) is not valid, because he is in the position of a madman who has no intention. However, if he regains consciousness, his imamate is valid during his periods of lucidity, provided he recites Al-Fatiha well and performs the prayer correctly. But if he does not recite Al-Fatiha well, his imamate is absolutely invalid. 2. The bewitched person whose mind and perception are not affected by magic: This person is held accountable (mukallaf), and there is no objection to his imamate if he fulfills the other conditions of imamate, because the rule is that "whoever's prayer is valid, his imamate is valid."
