What is the ruling on someone from whom pre-seminal fluid (madhy) was discharged, and he did not perform ghusl, then seminal fluid (manyy) was discharged from him, and this recurred out of order?

The emission of madhiy (pre-seminal fluid) does not necessitate ghusl (ritual bath); rather, it requires istinja' (washing of the private parts) and wudu' (ablution). As for maniy (seminal fluid), it necessitates ghusl. Whoever experiences an emission of maniy and misses the prayer is sinful. The person must perform ghusl and make up for the missed prayers. If one is in doubt whether the discharge is maniy or madhiy, they may choose between the two.
