Is it a condition for the validity of repentance for one who has engaged in forbidden relationships with girls, even to the point of kissing, that he seek their forgiveness? And what should he do if they do not forgive him? And how can he expiate his sin?

It is not a condition for a person who engaged in illicit relationships with girls to seek their forgiveness in order for his repentance to be accepted. Rather, sincere repentance, which involves abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving never to return to it, is sufficient for him. He must conceal his past actions and those of the girls, and he must be cautious not to be lenient in his interactions with non-mahram women. He should protect himself by marrying or by fasting, while safeguarding his hearing and sight.
