Is the money paid as compensation for physical injuries (to the hand and face) following an accident considered unlawful if taken?

If a woman is the insured party in commercial insurance, it is not permissible for her to take more than the premiums she has paid. However, if the insurance is cooperative, there is no blame upon her for what she takes. And if the party responsible for the damage has referred her to the insurance company to receive compensation, then it is permissible for her to take it from the company.
