Is it permissible to sell used watches online while concealing the fact that they are used, only displaying their pictures, and stating that they are without a battery?

The seller must mention and explain everything that, if the buyer knew it, would make him dislike the item or reduce his desire for it, even if the seller is in doubt about it. And it is necessary to explain the usage of watches that are known or highly likely to be used when intending to sell them, because the buyer's desire for a used item is usually not equal to his desire for a new one. However, if the seller mentions that the watch is without a battery, this is considered an indication that it is used, and he is not obligated to explain the possibility that it is used after that, even though that would be more cautious. If the buyer asks whether the watch is used or not, the seller must inform him of what he knows. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said concerning those who buy and sell: "If they are truthful and make clear, they will be blessed in their transaction, and if they lie and conceal, the blessing of their transaction will be erased."
