It is recommended that the nephews be advised to fear Allah and obey their mother, for disobedience to parents is a major sin. Assistance can be offered by advising her children and husband and reminding them of Allah, sending books and lectures, and seeking the mediation of righteous people. Direct personal intervention is not recommended as long as the children are adults and the mother is content living with her children and husband, because the harm of her leaving her home might be greater.
