Does continuous doubt regarding the number of prostrations necessitate discarding incidental doubt regarding the number of rak'ahs?

A person afflicted with obsessive whispering (waswasa) must turn away from these whispers and not pay attention to them, no matter how numerous or varied they become. Whether he doubts the number of rak'ahs (prayer cycles) or prostrations, he should not pay any attention to these doubts as long as he is suffering from waswasa. He should not perform the prostration of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw) unless he is certain that an act necessitating it has occurred.
