Is reading "al-maghdūb" in Surat al-Fatihah with a fatha on the ghayn considered an obvious mistake (laḥn jalī)?

A clear melodic error (Lahn Jali) is an obvious mistake that specialists and non-specialists alike recognize. It occurs by changing a letter for a letter, or a vowel mark for a vowel mark, such as changing the letter "ṭāʾ" to "dāl," or a "ḍammah" (ضمّة) to a "fatḥah" (فتحة), regardless of whether it alters the meaning or not.
