A man's claim to know about a treasure in a house could stem from dealing with Jinn, or from fraud and deception. The wise Muslim should not allow fraudsters to deceive him and tamper with his money and mind. One must keep away from believing charlatans and imposters who deal with Jinn, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever goes to a diviner or a soothsayer and believes what he says, has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad." Accordingly, this man should be ignored. If you find a treasure yourselves, take it and benefit from it.
