Is it obligatory to perform ghusl, pray, and fast after the cessation of blood and brown discharge that appeared before the expected time of menstruation in Ramadan, knowing that symptoms of menstruation are present and its onset is still expected?

If a woman sees blood, it is menstruation, and she must abstain from fasting and prayer because of it, even if it is before her usual time. Any yellowish or brownish discharge that is connected to it is also considered menstruation. However, if she sees only yellowish or brownish discharge, it is not considered menstruation unless it is connected to blood at the end of her period. According to the view that these discharges are menstruation, ghusl (ritual bath) and prayer become obligatory, and if blood reappears, she reverts to being in a state of menstruation. However, according to the prevalent fatwa, ghusl is not obligatory unless she sees blood. She must make up for the days she missed fasting.
