Is it obligatory to repeat the ghusl and the prayer of entering Islam after repentance from masturbation if Satan whispers that the prayer and ghusl did not occur?

Masturbation is forbidden, and repentance for it is obligatory. It is not an act of disbelief (kufr), but rather a sin that necessitates repentance to Allah Almighty. Ghusl (ritual bath) is required after it if semen is discharged. It is recommended to perform two rak'ahs of the repentance prayer, and one should not succumb to whispers (waswas) concerning this matter.
