What is the object that resembles a stone and has markings on it in the Yemeni Corner of the Kaaba, what is its name, and is it permissible to kiss it like the Black Stone?

The Yemeni Corner (Rukn al-Yamani) stone has been part of the Kaaba since its construction by Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr, and those who renewed the Kaaba's construction preserved it. In 1040 AH, a piece of it broke off, and molten lead was placed in its stead. It is a Sunnah to touch the Yemeni Corner with the hand without kissing or saying 'Allahu Akbar' (takbir). One should not point to it if unable to touch it, as this was not reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. It holds great virtue in effacing sins.
