Is it obligatory to fulfill a vow made to perform acts of obedience and abandon sins, which were written down on a paper, knowing that some of them are difficult to perform or accumulate due to busyness (especially for a scrupulous person)? And is fasting three days sufficient as expiation for all these acts of obedience, or is it necessary to fast three days for each act of obedience separately?

Scholars have differed regarding the phrase: "I covenant with Allah to do such-and-such." The more preponderant view is that it is both an oath and a vow if one commits to it as an act of proximity [to Allah] and obedience, and only an oath if one commits to something that is not an act of proximity. If the questioner committed to a single covenant that includes various types of acts of proximity and abstaining from sins, he is obligated to fulfill all of it. If he violates it, he owes a single expiation for an oath for this covenant, unless the wording of the covenant implies repetition, or he intended the expiation to be repeated with repeated violations, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The expiation for a vow is the expiation for an oath." Whoever suffers from waswasah (whispers of the devil/obsessive thoughts) should know that the basic principle is the acquittal of one's responsibility, and certainty is not removed by doubt.
