Is the sin of someone who commits a sin after completing the rituals of Hajj or Umrah multiplied?

A sin committed after Hajj or Umrah is not multiplied, but its gravity is intensified if committed within the Haram (sacred precinct), based on the Almighty’s saying: "And whoever intends therein to commit an evil deed or wrong [by deviation], We will make him taste of a painful punishment." (22:25) Thus, a sin in Allah's Haram is more severe than in any other place.
