Must the prayer be repeated if the worshiper feels some discharge during or after the prayer, without being certain of its emission, and must those who prayed behind him repeat it as well?

If you are not certain about the discharge of secretions, your prayer is valid and you are not required to repeat it, nor are you required to inform your friend.

If you are certain that you saw some secretions after the prayer, then they are attributed to the nearest time when their discharge is probable. If their discharge after the prayer is probable, they are attributed to this nearest time, and your prayer is judged to be valid. You are not required to repeat it unless you are absolutely certain that these secretions exited after ablution and before finishing the prayer. Without this certainty, your prayer is valid.
