Is the Umrah considered valid if one entered into ihram from inside Mecca (Al-Taneem Mosque) after arriving there and staying in Jeddah for three nights, and did not enter into ihram from Egypt?

If someone coming from Egypt intends to perform 'Umrah during their journey, it is obligatory for them to enter into ihram from the miqat they pass through, or before it as a precaution. If they pass the miqat without entering into ihram, they are obligated to offer a sacrifice (a sheep to be slaughtered in the Haram and distributed to its poor), but their 'Umrah remains valid.
