What is the description of the prayer of one who is unable to sit and prays while lying on their back or their side?

The sick person must pray according to their ability. If they are unable to stand, they should pray sitting. If they are unable to sit, they should pray lying on their right side, gesturing for bowing and prostrating. If they are unable to pray on their side, they should pray lying on their back with their feet towards the Qibla. They should perform the opening supplication and recitation, then intend for bowing, prostrating, and rising from them through intention, speech, gesturing, or nodding.
