Watching pornographic films is a great tribulation and evil, and one must repent from it and block its means by recalling the greatness of Allah and remembering your standing before Him, and realizing the blessing of a lawful wife, and getting rid of everything that aids in watching these films. If you swore to your wife by divorce and prohibition (tahreem) that if you returned to watching these films, and you fell into sin, then divorce occurs according to the majority of jurists. As for prohibition, it refers back to the husband's intention; if you intended it to confirm the first divorce, then it is a single divorce. Repeatedly returning to sin after every repentance results in successive divorces until the third divorce occurs, which permanently ends the marriage between you (a major irrevocable divorce - bainoonah kubra).
